These plain-language terms describe the intended MVP behavior. They should receive legal review before public launch.
Catalog information
Coffee details are assembled from approved public roaster sources and may be incomplete, inferred, delayed, or incorrect. Verification timestamps describe when a listing was last checked; they are not real-time inventory guarantees.
Purchases and third-party sites
Beanroam does not sell coffee. Purchase links lead to independent roaster websites. Their price, availability, terms, privacy practices, fulfillment, returns, and customer service apply to the transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit malicious requests, or use automated access in a way that degrades the site or participating roaster websites.
Corrections
Roasters and users may report factual errors or request source review. The service may correct, unpublish, or remove listings while a report is reviewed.
