We read public catalog pages from Bay Area roaster websites selected for the index. A listing is independent and does not imply participation or endorsement by the roaster.
Normalize the useful facts
Origin, process, roast, bag weight, one-time price, and tasting notes are organized into shared fields. Price per 100 grams is calculated when weight is known.
Show freshness honestly
Every listing carries its last successful verification time. Available now is enabled by default for recently verified stock. Uncheck it in the Shopping filters to include out-of-stock coffees and listings awaiting verification. Their detail pages remain accessible. Confirm current prices and availability with the roaster.
What we publish
The index publishes concise factual data: coffee name, roaster, origin, processing method, roast, varieties, tasting notes, bag weight, price, normalized unit price, availability, and canonical product link. Unknown facts remain unknown.
We do not republish full product stories or customer reviews. Product summaries are short and factual, and product photography is excluded unless there is permission to use it.
Corrections and removal
Roasters should be able to correct factual catalog information, claim their profile, or request removal. Until that workflow launches, catalog operators can correct or unpublish a listing, while the normalization agents publish their best supported result and leave absent facts unavailable.
